Q. I’m busy. Can I keep up?

The classic we hear all the time. Everyone in this program is busy.

That’s the point. You’ll learn how to stop reacting, create structure, and lead without everything feeling urgent or overwhelming. If you can commit to showing up, you’ll keep up.

 

Q. Will this work for me?

If you’re serious about leading people, yes.

These are systems and approaches I’ve used and coached in real organisations, with real teams, under real pressure. No fluff. No theory dumps. Just leadership that works.

 

Q. Are the classes live?

Yes. All sessions are live so you can ask questions and fully engage.

If you miss a session, recordings are available for a limited time and shared with the group.

 

Q. How does the program work?

  • Live sessions: Monday & Thursday, 7–8pm

  • VIP Q&A: 6:30–7pm (before the main session)

  • Each session includes clear actions and practical homework

     

To get full value, you’re expected to:

  • Attend every session with your camera on

  • Complete all assigned work

This isn’t passive learning. You’ll be involved.

 

Q. Why VIP is worth it?

VIP ticket holders get direct coaching and guidance from Colin during the pre-session Q&A. Normally, one-on-one coaching with Colin is $600/hr, so this is a rare opportunity to work directly with him inside the program at a fraction of that cost.

Q. Can I pay in installments?

Yes. You can pay in full or split your payment into three instalments, with the balance cleared before Week 4 of the program.

  • GA: 3 × $365 (Total $1,095)

  • VIP: 3 × $700 (Total $2,100)

Q. Why choose VIP?

VIP gives you everything in GA plus an extra 30 mins of coaching before each session. This is dedicated time with Col and the VIP group to bring your real issues, ask questions, and work through challenges together. An extra hour each week.
This level of access is normally $600 per hour for one-on-one coaching.

 

Q. Can my employer pay?

Yes. This qualifies as professional development and is delivered by a registered coaching business in Wellington, New Zealand (2025).
